Heather Walsh has been named president and chief operating officer of Eagle Environmental Technologies of Reno.

Pamela Runyon,meanwhile, has been named vice president of the company's ZawCAD division, which specializes in oil field cleanup.

Walsh is a chemical engineer with a background in hazardous waste management, biohazard material, nuclear waste and cryogenic equipment.

She has been a senior advisor with Lawrence Livermore Laboratories on international issues involving nuclear and hazardous materials handling.

She is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Runyon previously was production manager and supervisor of material handling for Carols Roman Shades in the San Francisco area.

She is a graduate ofWestern Washington University.
