Andy Backstrom has been promoted to senior vice president in commercial banking at U.S.
Bank in Reno.
Backstrom has been with U.S.
Bank for seven years and was honored among the top 5 percent of approximately 400 U.S.
Bank commercial bankers nationally last year.
He serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada and is involved in the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and Western Industrial Nevada.
