Christine Adams has been named marketing manager for Northern Nevada Golden Gaming, Inc., operator of Golden Tavern Group.
Adams joined Golden Gaming in 2004 as a marketing coordinator for its northern region.
She previously worked as marketing coordinator and corporate trainer for Fox and Hound English Pub & Grille in Dallas.
Gold Tavern Group operates nine taverns in the region including Sierra Gold, Sparky's, Little Waldorf and Gold Bar.
