Teri Grandfield, former senior vice president and general manager of Rail City Casino in Sparks, this week becomes president of the western division of Holder Hospitality Group.
Sean Mowray,meanwhile, becomes president of the company's eastern division.
Both will report to Hal Holder, president of the company that owns 11 Nevada casinos and a statewide slot route.
Grandfield and Mowray will join Marcia Martin, the company's chief financial officer, and Chris Coley, its chief administrative officer and general counsel, on the Holder Hospitality Board.
Also joining the company's executive staff this week are Lisa Rahme, who will be corporate marketing director for the western division; Doug Hunt, corporate slot director for the western division; and Kathy Picollo, corporate director of human resources for the western division.
The western division of the five-year-old company includes Sharkey's Casino in Gardnerville, the Silver Club in Sparks, El Capitan Lodge and Casino in Hawthorne, Truck Inn in Fernley and Charlie Holder's Casino in Henderson.
The eastern division includes the Commercial Casino and the Stockmen's Hotel & Casino, both in Elko; the Model T Casino RV Resort and the Sundance Casino, both at Winnemucca; the Scoreboard Sports Lounge in Spring Creek; and the Red Garter Hotel & Casino at West Wendover.
