A service for Harold William Weigt, 75, a Carson City resident for the past 11 years, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Lutheran Church in Monrovia, Calif.
Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday at Turner Stevens Funeral Home in Monrovia.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shepherd of the Sierra Lutheran Church in Carson City.
Mr. Weigt died May 31, 2005, in Carson City. He was born Nov. 7, 1929, in Glenview, Ill., to Henry and Anna Lass Weigt.
He married Myrtle in 1950 in Chicago.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Monrovia for 39 years and in Morton Grove, Ill.
Mr. Weigt was a credit manager for Alta Dena Dairy in City of Industry, Calif., for 30 years. He was a former elder, trustee and Sunday school superintendent in the First Lutheran Church in Monrovia. He was a member of Shepherd of the Sierra Lutheran.
Among his survivors are his wife; children Janet Stadt, Jean Stordahl, Cyndi Quail, Connie Morris, Ellen Pienta and Elaine McNally; sisters Irene Ruehl and Eleanor Lesh; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shepherd of the Sierra Building Fund.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
