Harvey Whittemore, a Reno attorney and businessman, has joined the board of directors of Las Vegas-based Nevada First Bank.
Whittemore is vice president of Lionel Sawyer & Collins law firm in Reno where he focuses on legislative advocacy, planning and zoning, and gaming.
In addition,Whittemore and his wife Annette are the developers of Coyote Springs, a 42,000-acre master-planned golf course community 50 miles north of Las Vegas.
He received his law degree from Arizona State University after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno.
