Lane Fairbanks has been hired as construction manager for Behl Custom Homes of Reno.
He previously was owner of Fairbanks Window Fashions, a subcontractor in the window industry.
Fairbanks also worked as director of operations during development ofWingfield Springs and the Red Hawk Golf Club.
