Jeff Foster has joined Quad Knopf in Reno as a senior planner.
Foster spent more than five years in planning and project development with Denise, Duffy & Associates as an associate planner and project manager.
He graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies and is currently completing coursework toward an master's degree.
