Suzanne Robert

Suzanne Robert, a registered nurse at Washoe Medical Center, has been named recipient of the DAISY Award for extraordinary nurses.

The national award, given by the DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Foundation, recognizes nurses who provide exceptional care to patients and their families.

Robert was nominated by the staff of Washoe Medical Center's Rehab Therapy Services.

She works in the resource/float pool at the Washoe Medical Center main campus.

She completed the licensed practical nurse program at Western Nevada Community College and earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
