Carson City companies to move to Silver West complex

Four Carson City companies will move into the 23,000-square-foot Silver West office complex on North Carson Street in Carson City.

The top floor will house Steele and Associates LLC, an accounting firm; Dynamic Diversified Development Enterprises Inc., a construction company; and Gateway Access Solutions Inc., provider of tailored broadband services.

Real estate company Grubb & Ellis will lease space on the bottom floor, where additional space remains for lease, says John Steele, a partner of Steele & Associates.

Dynamic Diversified Development of Carson City is the architect and builder.

The building will have a stucco finish with copper roof.

Target completion date is late March.
