Irwin Union Bank and Trust Company is relocating its Carson City facilities to the Irwin Union Financial Center, at 1818 College Parkway, which is currently under construction.
The bank will be the 78,000-square-foot center's anchor tenant.
Designed by Reno-based architect, Blakely, Johnson and Ghusn, the office complex is owned by Connemera Park, LLC.
It is scheduled for late 2005 completion.
