John Scott has been named food and beverage manager at Resort at Red Hawk, Lance Cook has been named chef at David's Grill and Sports Bar at the resort and Robert P.Mueller has joined the resort as a chef.
Scott most recently served as maitre'd and banquet chef at the Reno Hilton.
Before joining the Hilton, he was the chef partner for Midtowne Market.
Cook's 30 years of culinary experience include work as executive chef at Arrowcreek Golf Club; kitchen manager and assistant restaurant manager at the Brewhouse; and sous chef for John Ascuaga's Nugget.
Mueller previously worked at Montreux Golf and Country Club and restaurants in the Bahamas,where he specialized in gourmet seafood.He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Phoenix.
