Kay I. Holland, 44, an 11-year resident of Carson City, died Nov. 11, 2005, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Sept. 11, 1961, in Oakland, Calif., to Mary Kleban and James Holland.
Ms. Holland was a resident of Los Angeles, Calif., for 20 years before moving to Carson City in 1994. She was a billing clerk.
Holland was preceded in death by her father, brother and sister.
Among her survivors are her mother; sister Linda Gonzalez of Alaska; brothers and sisters-in-law Mark and Alana Holland of Dayton, John and Beverly Holland of Obido, Fla., Alan and Roberta Holland of Seattle, Wash.; brothers Andrew Holland of Tucson, Ariz., and Preston Holland of Reno and numerous nieces and nephews.
At her request, no services will be held.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
