The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 54-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:50 p.m. in the 200 block of East Winnie Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing. Bail was set at $237.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• Tools were stolen from a home in the 2500 block of Brentwood Drive sometime Tuesday night.
• A vehicle was rummaged through, but nothing appeared to be taken, in the 2600 block of Mountain Street sometime before 7:12 a.m. Wednesday.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• Hit-and-run accident report in the 900 block of Julia Lane in Fernley at 5:58 a.m.
• Gas leak report on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 1:59 p.m.
• Accident on Main Street in Fernley at 5:06 p.m.
• Residential burglary report in the 2700 block of Tonopah Street in Silver Springs at 6:48 p.m.
• Noise complaint on Pony Express Trail at 6:50 p.m.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• A juvenile was arrested at 6:15 a.m. in Lockwood on a domestic battery charge.
• A black dog that killed a neighbor's chickens was out again at 7:58 a.m. in the 200 block of Tom Sawyer Drive. A deputy was unable to locate the animal.
• Two men with binoculars were spotted watching the Tracy Clark Power Plant at 5:03 p.m.
• The same juvenile from earlier was arrested at 5:03 p.m. after hitting his grandfather in Lockwood.
• A traffic citation was issued on Main Street at 6:30 p.m.
• A verbal warning for speeding was given to a driver on Six Mile Canyon Road at 9:31 p.m.
• A traffic citation was issued on North C Street at 10:50 p.m.
