Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 38-year-old transient mechanic was arrested at 5:11 a.m. Monday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,369.

n The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:

• A safe was stolen from a home in the 800 block of Buzzy's Ranch Road sometime Sunday.

• A window and door were broken at a construction site building on North Deer Run Road sometime over the weekend.

• A wallet was stolen from a vehicle in the 1700 block of Panaca Drive sometime Friday night.

• Tools and shovels were stolen from a home in the 2400 block of Columbia Way a week and a half ago.

• Juveniles were arrested Sunday at Wal-Mart for damaging concrete at 11:15 a.m.

Lyon County

n The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• Drunken driving arrest on Curry Street at 3:40 a.m.

• Battery report at a bar on Highway 339 in Mason Valley at 2:18 a.m.

• Prowler report in the 200 block of Meadowland Court in Dayton Valley at 3:11 a.m.

• Commercial burglary report at McDonald's in Fernley at 3:48 a.m.

• Fire in the 3200 block of East Badger Street in Silver Springs at 6:59 a.m.

• Accident report in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 6:39 p.m.

• Domestic dispute arrest in the 4800 block of Osage Drive in Stagecoach at 7:57 p.m.

• Vehicle burglary report in the 400 block of Traci Lane in Mound House at 10:04 p.m.

Storey County

n The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• An arrest was made on Mustang Road near the Interstate 80 interchange at 9:54 a.m.

• A rock was thrown through the window of the Presbyterian Church on South C Street, a caller reported at 10:51 a.m.

• Motorcyclists "racing up and down the truck route" were warned to not speed at 11:55 a.m.

• Subjects found spray painting at American Flat were advised to leave the area at 4:17 p.m.

• An arrest was made at 6:06 p.m. at end of Sutro Springs Road for theft of a piece of heavy equipment.
