Adam Mayberry has been named public information officer for the City of Sparks.
Mayberry,who worked from 1998-2003 as public affairs manager at Reno-Tahoe International Airport,most recently was communications director for U.S.
Representative Jon Porter in Washington, D.C.
He holds a bachelor's degree in aviation business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master's degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
