Brett A.McElhaney has joined LMI Engineering LLC of Reno as a principal.
McElhaney, a licensed civil and structural engineer in Nevada and California,was recently appointed to the civil/structural seat on the Carson City Board of Appeals.
He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering.
