Coughlin have joined the Reno office of the law firm Hale Lane as associates.
Vance will practice primarily in taxation and general business law.
Before joining Hale Lane,Vance began her legal career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco.
Vance graduated from the University of Nevada in 1996 with a degree in finance and earned her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1999.
Rotchy will practice primarily in real property law and real estate finance.
She earned a bachelor's degree in political science at the University of Southern California and earned her law degree from the USC Law School.
Prior to joining Hale Lane, Rotchy practiced antitrust litigation in San Francisco.
Coughlin will practice primarily in commercial and civil litigation.
A Reno High School alumnus, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor's degree in biology.
He received his law degree from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
