Manufactured housing communities refinanced

The owner of the Gentry Manor and Gentry Place manufactured home communities at 350-390 Gentry Way in Reno completed a refinancing of the properties, the lender said last week.

The communities include 69 spaces on four acres.

The project built in 1960 is fully occupied.

Gentry Mobile Home Parks LLC refinanced the property with a $1.85 million loan arranged by GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp.

through LaSalle Bank.

The loan carries a rate of 4.04 percent over the 10-year Treasury, GMAC Commercial Mortgage said.
