Occupancy 85 percent at new office building

The recently completed Saint Mary's Center for Health, a 200,000-square-foot medical office building at the northwest corner of Arlington Avenue and Sixth Street in Reno, is 85 percent occupied.

The six-story building is owned by Ensemble Investments, LLC, and Universal Health Realty Income Trust and managed by Ensemble Real Estate Services, LLC.
