Richard Hamilton, Frank Terrasas and Megan Kiley have joined the staff of Kiley Ranch Communities..
Hamilton was named as vice president of finance, Terrasas will serve as vice president of operations and Kiley will be project historian.
Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience in financial management in the hotel management and real estate development industries.He's worked for the Pebble Beach Co., Paramount's Great America, and the Resort at Squaw Creek and as president of his own firm, Paradox Consulting.
He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a master's degree in finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
Terrasas began his career with Lewis Homes and has held management positions with Braddock & Logan Group, Landmark Homes and Reynen & Bardis.He attended the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in business.
Kiley, a 1996 graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, in social work, previously worked as a social worker for the Washoe County Child Protective Services.
She also has worked as a cruise ship photographer and as a regional trainer for Chili's Bar and Grill restaurants.
