Bob Franci, Robin Page, Jocelyn Zarubi and Michelle Blasquez have been promoted by First Independent Bank of Nevada.
Franci, previously vice president and real estate manager, has been promoted to senior vice president and real estate lending manager. A graduate of the College of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in business and finance, Franci has more than 10 years of banking experience.
Page was promoted from assistant vice president and controller to vice president and controller. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in finance and has more than 22 years of accounting and banking experience.
Zarubi, previously a project administrator, was promoted to vice president and project administrator. She attended UNR and has more than 15 years experience in project management.
Blasquez was promoted from loan servicing supervisor to assistant vice president and loan servicing supervisor. She holds a bachelor's degree in business and recreation management from California State University, Hayward, and has worked in the banking industry for eight years.
