Diablo Funding Group opens office in Reno

Diablo Funding Group, a mortgage banking company, has opened a Reno office at 6502 S. McCarran Blvd.

Bruce Specter has been named a managing partner of the company based at San Ramon, Calif., and will head the Reno office. He has more than 25 years experience in real estate, marketing, mortgage finance and financial planning.
