Edward J. (Jim) McIntyre of Incline Village has been elected to the board of Otter Tail Corp. of Fergus Falls, Minn.
McIntyre is a former vice president and chief financial officer of Xcel Energy. Publicly held Otter Tail Corp. has interests in diversified operations that include an electric utility, plastics, manufacturing, health services and food ingredient processing.
