Jim Fletcher has been promoted to vice president and commercial lending manager at Northern Nevada Bank. He previously was vice president and commercial loan officer.
Before joining Northern Nevada Bank, Fletcher served as vice president and senior commercial loan officer for The Savings Institute in Willimantic, Conn.
