Northern Nevada Bank said it earned $749,000 in the first quarter, a 53 percent increase from the $491,000 it earned in the first three months of 2005.
The Reno-based company said its total loans on March 31 grew to $123.2 million from $93.6 million a year earlier, and total assets grew to $151.2 million from $109.2 million a year earlier.
President Robert Hemsath said Northern Nevada Bank plans its third branch at Pyramid Highway and Queen Way in Sparks. The branch is planned
for completion in mid-2007.
The bank currently operates a branch location in Carson City as well as a headquarters location in Reno.
