The real estate sales team of Anita Herrera-Perez, Erin Ruiz and Tressy Sweeney with Edge Realty has been contracted by Menlo Oaks Corp. to sell units in The Belvedere, a condominium conversion project at the former Sundowner Hotel at 4th and Arlington.
The project slated for initial occupancy early next year will include 370 units priced from $160,000.
