CH2M Hill plans move to downtown Reno office

CH2M Hill, an nationwide engineering company, has signed a five-year lease for 5,500 square feet of office space at the 50 West Liberty Building in downtown Reno.

About 30 CH2M Hill employees are expected to move from a NevDex building on Kietzke Lane in south Reno in February.

Matt Riecken, a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co., and Annemarie Huisman of Trammell Crow represented Basin Street Properties, the Petaluma, Calif., company that purchased the 12-story building a year ago.
