Gene Thomsen has joined Clearstar Financial Credit Union as the financial services officer for its Sparks branch.
Thomsen began his banking career in 1975 and held positions including customer service manager, operations officer, purchasing officer, branch sales manager, and business development officer at several banks in the Reno and Carson City areas.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from UNR.
