Santos Orellana has been promoted to superintendent by Q&D Construction Inc., and he will oversee the remodel of an estate home at Lake Tahoe.
Santos joined Q&D in 1995 as an apprentice carpenter, and worked his way up to journeyman and foreman. He is a member of Carpenters Local 971.
