Proulx, president and chief executive officer of Sparks-based Land Resources Investment, has been cited as a resource by authors of a another real estate book.
In the book "Real Estate Advantages" by Sharon Lechter and Garrett Sutton part of the "Rich Dad" series Proulx' book is called "an excellent guide for land bankers."
