Lisa Foster of Foster Consulting has joined Saint Mary's as governmental affairs counsel.
Foster is former government and public affairs manager for AAA Nevada as well as the City of Sparks, and she has also served as communications director for the City of Las Vegas.
She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
