Parkway Manor in Carson City and Redfield Ridge in Reno were honored as the best large multi-family communities in the region by the Northern Nevada Apartment Association.
Redfield Ridge was honored at the best community older than 15 years while Parkway Manor was honored as the best among communities 15 years and younger.
Meadows II Condominiums in Reno was honored as the best small community.
Individual awards by the association during its annual awards ceremony included:
Best property manager: Roland Montoya of Kromer Investments in Reno.
Best community manager: Kim Lewis of Canyon Vista in Sparks and Corenna Vance of Mountain Shadow in Reno.
Best assistant community manager: Sheri Hamlin of Bristle Point in Reno and Robin Coulson of Mountain Shadow.
Best leasing consultant: Libby Sharma of Parkway Manor and Kathleen Dreager of Vintage at South Meadows Parkway in Reno.
Best leasing rookie: Sher'on Jackson of City Center Apartments in Reno and Trish Haynes of Mountain Shadow.
Best maintenance supervisor: Ed Hamlin of Bristle Pointe and Dave Strickley of Mountain Shadow.
Best maintenance technician: Carmine Luongo of Village at Wildcreek in Sparks and Valentine Lugo of Mountain Shadow.
Best maintenance rookie: Matt Singh of Parkway Manor.
President's Choice Award: David Grosse of ERGS Inc., a Reno housing development company.
Honored for outstanding support of the apartment industry were Crown Pest Control of Sparks, Hughes MRO of Reno and Nevada Court Services of Reno.
