Founder Zive sells Payroll Systems of Nevada

Payroll Systems of Nevada has been purchased by Mark Clason, its president, from co-founder Phil Zive.

Clason became a partner in the firm in 2004 after working in the industry for more than 20 years. Since then, the company has grown to 800 clients from 550 when he arrived.

Payroll Systems was founded by Zive in 1990.
