The Nevada Retail Network Self Insured Group of Carson City said it enrolled its 1,110th member, Desert Health Care Facilities Inc., last month.
Desert Health Care Facilities operates locations in Fallon, Elko and Mesquite.
It employs more than 260.
The retail self-insured group is managed by Pro Group Management of Carson City.
