Cactus Jack's Casino in Carson City completed the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program sponsored by the safety consultation and training section of the state's division of industrial relations.
Cactus Jack's was also named the agency's Safe Partner of the Quarter.
The no-cost program helps companies with fewer than 250 employees to implement safety and health programs.
