A 35-story condominium, office and retail project planned at First and Lake streets has been named "The Waterfront." Groundbreaking is scheduled for mid-year.
It's developed by Vero Development,whose principals are Nello Gonfiantini III, Terry Manley and Peter Stremmel.Walter Estay of Tate Snyder in Reno is the architect,with design consultation by architect Carlos Zapata of New York City.
