Diamondback Properties, developer of the Comstock Industrial Park in Mound House, plans to add another 60 acres west of the present property. It will start to lay infrastructure this fall and be ready for tenants next spring, says Bill Miles, president of Miles Brothers Construction Inc. and a partner in Diamondback.
Lots will be sized at three-fourth acre and up. Sales will be handled by Diamondback and commercial real estate agent Gary Cook at GCbroker, Inc.
The land was acquired from Comstock Enterprises and V&T Management, partners in Diamondback Properties. The park presently contains about 1,300 acres, including a gravel operation.
