Pacific West Communities has started construction on 92 units of workforce housing in the Gray's Crossing development in Truckee.
The apartments ranging from 1,015 to 1,200 square feet will lease for $650 to $930 a month. Occupancy is scheduled for April. Gray's Crossing will be a 418-acre residential development around a golf course.
Pacific West Communities is based at Boise.
