Paul Miller has been named manager of operations and water quality at Truckee Meadows Water Authority.
He previously worked as water quality manager for the agency.
Miller served as both project manager and project engineer for the planning, design and construction of the Chalk Bluff and Glendale water treatment plants and has worked 20 years in the water industry.
He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from Arizona State University.
