Stephen M. Tann, M.D., has joined Carson Heart Physicians, a division of Reno Heart Physicians. Tann is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He received a residency at Vanderbilt University and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Medical University of South Carolina.
