Johnson is an associate in the business ventures group.
Before law school, he worked for a commercial real estate company.
Johnson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law in New York.
He also earned a master's of law in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
