Kent practices primarily in commercial civil litigation. She earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Boston University, where she was a captain of the school's track team.

Johnson is an associate in the business ventures group.
Before law school, he worked for a commercial real estate company.
Johnson earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from the Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law in New York.
He also earned a master's of law in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
