Sharrell Flocchini was promoted to operations supervisor at the University of Phoenix Reno campus.
She previously worked as lead academic counselor for the University of Phoenix.
Flocchini earned a master's degree in organizational management from University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from California State University at Sacramento. Prior to coming to UOP she worked as a fire dispatcher for more than 18 years in the San Francisco Bay Area.
