Floral Expressions, a flower boutique in Reno, is under new ownership by Petals, Inc., owned by Sharon Stanley and Dillon Lambert.
The shop offers floral arrangements, silk flowers, and gift items such as vases, gardening gear and new baby items.
It's located at Franktown Corners on Kietzke Lane.
