Ray Simon has been named casino marketing manager and executive casino host at Rail City Casino in Sparks.
Simon spent six years in the U.S.
Navy, four years aboard an aircraft carrier and two years at the Naval Air Station in Fallon.
He's in his second year of Bible College at Victory International Training Center in Sparks.
