Lifeline Biotechnologies Inc. of Reno said last week it changed the date it will pay a stock dividend to shareholders.
The company now will issue the dividend on Oct. 16 to shareholders of record August 18. Earlier, the company had planned to issue the dividend on Sept. 29.
Lifeline will pay one share of Solos Endoscopy for each 100 shares of Lifeline held by its stockholders. Lifeline got the Solos stock when it sold its cancer-detection system to Solos.
