Nevada Insurance Commissioner Alice A. Molasky-Arman has scheduled a public hearing for Oct. 26 to consider the plan of EIG Mutual Holding Company, the Reno-based parent of Employers Insurance Company of Nevada to convert from a mutual insurer to a publicly held stock company.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Peppermill Hotel and Casino, Grand Ballroom, in Reno, Nevada.
Persons wanting to testify at the public hearing should provide notice in advance by contacting the division's legal section at 788 Fairview Drive, No. 300, Carson City, NV 89701-5491. The plan is available at www.eig.com.
