Norm Dianda, president of Sparks-based Q&D Construction, received the Chairman's Award from the Nevada Policy Research Institute.
The award recognizes Dianda's charitable and nonprofit work, specifically his interests in education such as development of the Ace Charter High School and other vocational programs. Dianda serves on the board of the Nevada Policy Research Institute.
