Charlie Kitchen, owner of Charles Kitchen Realty in Carson City, won the Joe Nolan Memorial Award from the Nevada Association of Realtors. The award recognizes a member of the association for service and contributions to the state organization.
Kitchen, a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, who has been a real estate broker for more than 25 years, is the immediate past president of the Nevada Association of Realtors and was recognized as the group's Realtor of the Year in 2005. He also is a past president of the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors.
