Western Goldfields, Inc. has moved its corporate office to Toronto.
The small publicly held company said the decision to move accompanied the decision to list its common stock on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The company said it leased about 3,000 square feet of office space at 961 Matley Lane. It didn't say how many of its 39 employees worked at the corporate office.
Western Goldfields owns a mine in California's Imperial County.
